PALM BEACH TRAVEL EXPO - EXHIBITOR CONTRACT
This is a contract for your organization to participate in Palm Beach Travel Expo.

Instruction:
Please fill the form below, review the agreement and submit the form.

After submitting the form you will be assigned an Exhibit ID.

Please send the Payment to:
Payment by Check / Wire : Make payable to Travel Expo International LLC., in U.S funds and list exhibiting company name on payment.
Mail the check to : Travel Expo International LLC., 224 Datura St. #608, West Palm beach, FL 33401 USA.

Please include the Exhibiting Company Name or Exhibit ID assigned in the next page while sending the payment.

Booth spaces are allotted on first come first serve basis. Show management will try to accommodate your request with no guaranty & reserves the right to reassign the booth space or change the floor plan as required. The initial deposit has to be received to block the actual booth space.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT: Submitting this form affirms that Exhibitor has read, understood and agrees to the Terms & Conditions attached to this Agreement. The Exhibitor understands that this Agreement is legally binding between Travel Expo International LLC. and Exhibitor only upon acceptance in writing by Travel Expo International LLC. The individual completing this contract represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor also understands that any changes to information in this agreement must be provided to Travel Expo International LLC. in writing.
